“I’m biased. I love my own coffee best. I like it first think in the morning, the middle of day, the middle of the morning, after dinner, so I enjoy it any ol’ time. I like a dark roast best and I drink it black. Clonmell Potters (near Highgate in the Blue Mountains) make some very nice, slightly fl uted mugs that I like to drink out of too. They come a little narrower going up and wider towards the lip. That’s about it for me.”
